The following fee for service courses are available to employers :
Program:   New Directions – Building self confidence and self esteem. A though provoking course designed to improve team work and promote self to undertake greater responsibilities in the work place.
Participation Requirement:Â Â Â 3 days within school hours.
Program:    Choose-Get-Keep-Advance (Job Search) – Intensive training to improve job search skills, expand employment related networks, motivate them and provide training in interview techniques, updating resumes, preparing job applications, following job leads etc.
In support of staff dealing with potential retrenchment, redundancy and those seeking new or advanced positions within the company.
Participation Requirement:Â Â Â Â (flexible)Â from a basic one day workshop up to 60 hrs over 2 weeks
 Program:      Life Skills Workshop – These short courses will address personal issues with new and existing staff within the workplace.
1 day course or individual sessions
