This Program is primarily aimed to assist unemployed and the disadvantaged unemployed persons who are seeking education, training or employment. A pathway plan is established that allows them to address barriers to achieving positive outcomes and enables them to take action to achieve their goals in life.

We have approximately 1300 registered job seekers seeking full time, part time and/or casual employment. From our large data base of skilled and unskilled job seekers we work closely with our employers to ensure a “best fit” for your organisation as well as intensive post placement support, financial assistance towards tools, clothing, transport etc.

We can also offer wage subsidies to employers for employment placement of those eligible job seekers that can be contributed towards on-the-job training etc.
