Bridging the Gap’s Registered Training Organisation (RTO) has a wealth of internal training courses designed specifically to make job- searching an exciting experience.  We can assist you to expand your current skill-set through a variety of accredited and non-accredited courses.

Pathway Planning

We will work with you to prepare an Employment Pathway Plan that will include addressing any personal barriers and training needs, access to additional support services and identification of possible career directions suited to your skills, aptitudes and personality.

We can assist you to establish a network of industry-specific contacts that will increase your opportunities to successfully enter the workforce.

Job Club Café

Our Job-Club Café provides a relaxed atmosphere for job-seekers to enjoy a hot beverage and the company of others.

Our internet-ready, publicly accessible computers provide access to a variety of email programs and websites to assist you in your search.  Our Club also boasts a variety of resources such as photocopiers, fax machines, phones and newspapers.

Book in, sit-down and log-on to review our list of employer vacancies and work with our skilled staff to update your resume and create cover letters to help you land the job you want!
