Youth Connections  Case Worker/Coach  – Full Time (based in Mandurah)

In this role you will assist those young people identified as eligible for Youth Connections services to overcome their barriers to education and/or employment through various activities.  To be successful in the role you will register suitable participants with the Youth Connections program and assist them to develop re-engagement plans that support their achievement of various progressive and final outcomes.  You will work predominately (but not limited to) Element 1 – Level 2b, Element 2 and Element 3 of the Youth Connections Program guidelines.

This position is full time and will be based in Mandurah, but travelling to other sites may be required from time to time.

Qualifications Required:

Youth Worker Experience/Social Work Experience; a Certificate IV in Training and Assessing; previous employment in a similar role
and sound knowledge of the community sector.

Essential Criteria:

Working with Children Check (WWCC), Current C-class license, Police Checks, Department of Education and Training Criminal Check.
