Bridging The Gap’s Leadership Programe aims to inspire  Indigenous people aged 17-30 from various communities to make positive changes to their lives and communities, by challenging individuals to be all that they can be.

We aim to take each person on a transformational journey over the course of 12 months that will see the development of core leadership skills which will give each person the confidence to empower their lives.

Bridging The Gap has a long history as a community organization of engaging and challenging individuals to step out of their comfort zone and develop personal skills and confidence to positively contribute to their future and community.

The Program includes personal development training and accredited training, it is a flexible program tailored to support the individual.
