Welcome to Bridging the Gap

Providing a positive impact in our community for 40 years

Proudly part of the Perth South and Peel communities for 40 years, we help people to get back on their feet and with training, finding work, and developing their career.

Working alongside our invaluable community partners and supporters, we provide a diverse range of high performing Federal and State funded programs focusing on supporting women and youth at risk, employment, career development and training.

We believe true employment sustainability is not just about having a job, but about having income security, stable employment and improving your social connections.

Our team are specialist case managers, allied health professionals and training specialists. They are unwavering in their commitment to understanding your needs and creating a personalised plan for every person.

BTG supported me when I had a few medical issues and provided a listening ear when I lost my grandfather. Instead of telling me I couldn’t do something they took the time to research courses to find the course that suited me and my lifestyle best. I truly thank them for believing in me and helping me to further my education
