GROW Program

Our GROW program helps people rebuild their lives after experiencing family and domestic violence

Guided, Recovery, Opportunities, Wellbeing

Are you experiencing, or have you experienced family or domestic violence?

Are you grappling with accommodation issues, mental health challenges, unemployment, or financial difficulties?

You are not alone. We can help you rebuild your life free from family and domestic violence.

Our GROW program is holistic, supportive and tailored to support women in vulnerable situations living in the South Metro and Peel Regions. We can give you the tools and life skills you need to create the life you want.

We will empower you with the confidence to live your life free from family or domestic violence.

Our commitment to you:

  • You can access weekly one-to-one mentorship/support meetings with your Mentor, helping you with your individual needs, aspirations and goals.
  • We provide weekly Group training, Money Matters, New Directions, Pathways to Employment, and Personal Development.
  • Together we will design your personalised roadmap for achieving your goals relating to self-development, health, wellbeing, and your career direction.
